Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the UkiahPolice.com Camera Registration Form and the related program.

The goal of this program is to deter crime and promote public safety in the City of Ukiah. Accordingly, all camera registrants must agree to the following terms and conditions. Please scroll down to read the terms and conditions in full.

✔ Registration of camera(s) on your premises is voluntary.

✔ Registration information will be used by the City of Ukiah Police Department for official purposes only.

✔ If they determine the potential for video evidence near the location of a registrant's video surveillance system, the City of Ukiah Police Department may ask a registrant to review their camera recordings from a specific date and time.

✔ The City of Ukiah Police Department may request and collect footage containing or related to criminal activity for use during any stage of a criminal proceeding.

✔ Under no circumstances will registrants construe that they are acting as an agent or employee of the City of Ukiah or the Ukiah Police Department.
