On 02/06/19, at approx. 8:51 PM, Ukiah Police Dept. Officers were dispatched to Ukiah Liquor and Food, located at 135 Washington Ave., regarding a robbery with a firearm.  The responding officer arrived and spoke with the clerk.  An immediate search of the area was conducted with negative results.  Officers learned that an unidentified male suspect entered the store and selected items from within the store.  The suspect approached the clerk, demanded money and displayed a firearm.  The suspect ultimately fled the store on foot.  No one was injured in the incident. 

The suspect was described as possibly White or Hispanic, approx. 6 feet tall and being of large build.  The suspect was wearing a dark beanie, dark hooded sweatshirt, tan pants and brown work type boots.  Ukiah Police Department Detectives are conducting follow up investigations and the investigation is ongoing.
